The taste shows a lovely fruit, depth, integrated oak and velvety tannins. Lingering and fascinating fruit finish.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Serving<\/strong>: 18-20\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Alcohol Content<\/strong>: \u00a014,00-14,50 %vol.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Winemaking<\/strong>: \u00a0a long fermentation-maceration takes place in a small open top stainless steel tank. Each day, during the fermentation,\u00a0the cap is plunged several times to extract colour, tannins and flavour.
